Here are some foods that can help keep your body running in top condition and boost healing times. It is not an exhaustive list, it's simple. Think of it as a beginners guide. Every body is unique and responds to food in different ways. This particular list is based on the philosophy that traditional diets are more life sustaining than modern ones. When you eat them, take note of how they make your body feel.
